Alcohol – All events serving alcohol must sign an Alcohol Agreement Form. Security must also be present at events serving alcohol. Contact the Special Events Manager if you plan to host an event serving alcohol.
Banner Requests – Space
to hang banners is reserved through the Customer Support
Center JMHH F30, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30
p.m. Prior to reserving space, approval must be received
from either the Undergraduate office (JMHH G95),
or the MBA office (JMHH 420). Contact the Customer
Support Center for additional information.
Bicycles – Riding
and parking bicycles inside the Wharton Complex is
prohibited. Bike racks located outside of the
Wharton School buildings are provided for parking

Easels/Flip Charts – Easels and flipcharts can be reserved through the Customer Support Center by University Organizations only. The sponsoring organization must provide a budget code. Easels are billed $15.00 for the first day, and $10.00 for each additional day. Flipcharts are $15.00 each. Note: Easel and flipcharts may only be displayed within classrooms and must be picked up from and returned to the Customer Support Center.

Building Hours of Operation
Key/Re-Keying – Key
and lock service is available through the Customer
Support Center. It is a departmental responsibility
to manage keys issued. Any Wharton-issued key lost
or missing must be reported immediately to Wharton
Security (215.898.2300). Keys should not be distributed
to temp staff, Undergraduate Students and/or MBA students.

Lost & Found – Articles
found in and around the Wharton Complex can be brought
to Wharton's Security Desk centrally located in Huntsman
Hall at the Locust entrance on the Ground floor.
Contact Wharton's Security Desk (215.898.2300) for
questions or concerns. Note: Articles found at other
campus areas can be turned into Houston Hall's Security
Desk, located in the lobby.

MBA Students Reserving Rooms - MBA Students no longer need to have events approved by the MBA Program Office. MBA students may submit events by logging onto http://spike.wharton.upenn.edu and clicking on “Calendar” followed by “Submit an event.” You will be notified about the status of your event within 48 hours.

not allowed within 20 feet of the entrance to facilities.
