Access is restricted to faculty and PhD’s who can access buildings that their offices are located in Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Excluding holidays.

The Colonial Penn Center located on Locust Walk was built in 1904 by architects Frank Rommel and Francis A. Gugert. Originally designed as a fraternity house the collegiate-medieval-style brick building was expanded in 1973 to accommodate offices and conference rooms.
