Colonial Penn Center (CPC)
- CPC will close on Friday, December 22nd at 5:00pm and will remain closed until Tuesday, January 2nd at 8:00am. Only faculty, staff and PhD’s with card swipe clearance will have access to the building during this time.
- Tuesday, January 2nd through Sunday, January 7th CPC will be open from 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday – Friday and will be closed on the weekend.
- Spring hours will begin on Monday, January 8th with the building being open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm, closed weekends and holidays.
Lauder -Fischer Hall (L-FH)
- LFH will close on Friday, December 22nd at 5:00pm and will remain closed until Tuesday, January 2nd at 8:00am. Only faculty, staff and PhD’s with card swipe clearance will have access to the building during this time.
- Tuesday, January 2nd through Sunday, January 7th LFH will be open from 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday – Friday and will be closed on the weekend.
- Spring hours will begin on Monday, January 8th with the building being open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm, closed weekends and holidays.
Jon M. Huntsman Hall (JMHH)
- JMHH will close on Friday, December 22nd at 5:00pm and will remain closed until Tuesday, January 2nd at7:00am. Only faculty, staff and PhD’s with card swipe clearance will have access to the building during this time via the Locust Walk entrance.
- Tuesday, January 2nd through Sunday, January 7th, JMHH will be open from 7:00am-12:00am.
- Spring hours will begin on Monday, January 8th with the building being open 24 hours/7 days per week.
Steinberg Hall –Dietrich Hall (SHDH)
- SHDH will close on Friday, December 22nd at 5:00pm and will remain closed until Tuesday, January 2nd at 7:00am. Only faculty, staff and PhD’s with card swipe clearance will have access to the building during this time via the main entrance.
- Tuesday, January 2nd throughFriday, January 5th, SHDH will be open from 7:00am-7:00pm
- Saturday, January 6th and Sunday, January 7th SHDH will be open from 8:00am-5:00pm
- Spring hours will begin on Monday, January 8th with the building being open Monday-Friday from 7:00am-10:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm weekends, and closed on holidays.
Vance Hall (VH)
- VH will close on Friday, December 22nd at 5:00pm and will remain closed until Tuesday, January 2nd at 7:00am. Only faculty, staff and PhD’s with card swipe clearance will have access to the building during this time via the main entrance.
- Tuesday, January 2nd through Friday, January 5th, VH will be open from 7:00am-7:00pm
- Saturday, January 6th, VH will be open from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sunday, January 7th, VH will be closed.
- Spring hours will begin on Monday, January 8th with the building being open Monday-Friday from 7:00am-9:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm weekends, and closed on holidays.
Mail Service
- Wharton mail service will operate through Friday, December 22nd.
- On Monday, December 25th the mail room will be closed for the holiday.
- Tuesday, December 26th through Friday, December 29th mail service will be operating with limited hours from 9:00am-2:00pm daily.
- Regular mail service will resume on Tuesday, January 2nd with hours from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
Wharton Café Schedule:
- Joe’s Café
Will close at 2:00pm on Thursday, December 21st and will remain closed through the winter break. Joe’s Café will reopen on Monday, January 8th with limited hours through Tuesday, January 9th. Normal business hours will resume on Wednesday, January 10th for the Spring semester.
- Pret Cafes
Both Pret cafes in JMHH will close at 5:00pm on Thursday, December 21st and will remain closed through the winter break. The Locust Wall Pret Café will reopen on Monday, January 8th with limited hours through Tuesday, January 9th. Normal business hours for both the Locust Walk Pret Café and 2nd floor Pret Café will resume on Wednesday, January 10th for the Spring semester.
