Wharton Operations in partnership with University Facilities will complete the final phase of the SHDH building wide HVAC upgrade with this project. The Phase 3 scope will primarily focus on the hammerhead areas of the building and all physical work will be occurring off hours/overnight. Office and work areas in zones under renovation will be accessible and usable during the duration of the project. The construction portion of Phase 3 will begin July 27th and is planned to be completed in December 2015.
